2. Overview
We process personal data only as far as necessary to operate this website and answer your enquiries. This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [name and address of the hosting provider]. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information your browser sends: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after [X] days. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) to answer your enquiry. The contact form on this website does not send any data to our server: it only opens your own email program with a pre-filled message that you send yourself.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing us.
6. Language setting
When you choose a language, the website stores this setting in your browser's local storage (localStorage). The information stays on your device and is not sent to us. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
